Controls	Created and managed payroll control, scheduling and sales team deployment programs for 104 retail facilities in the United States and Canada during two year assignment. Built a turnkey interactive employee scheduling program and staffing guidelines for retail commissioned sales, operations and technical support for a national big box chain. Developed and refined accurate chain wide sales and payroll forecasting and budgeting. Devised field P&L analysis and cost center management program. Authored field policy and procedures.

People	Developed national and regional college recruiting programs. Authored corporate employee handbook and numerous training programs. Created and produced training videos. Developed nationwide reduction in force staffing criteria, cost evaluation and measurements when volatile market conditions eroded gross margins for a leading CES retailer.

Mergers	Worked with corporate team developing prototype store concepts for a national hard lines retailer. Developed store remodel procedures and project scheduling for national implementation during corporate merger. Internal consultant for merging two diverse corporate cultures.
